Process
How we work
Every project follows eight clear stages. Each stage has a written approval gate, so you stay in control and we avoid expensive rework.
Discovery & Briefing
We start by understanding your story, audience, goals, technical requirements, and available assets. A strong brief is the foundation of every great project.
Creative Concept & Proposal
We define the creative direction, scope, timeline, milestones, deliverables, revision rounds, and investment — so there are no surprises.
Contract & Kickoff
Once the proposal is approved and the deposit is received, we assemble the team, confirm the definition of done, and establish the communication rhythm.
Pre-Production
We lock storyboards, style frames, animatics, concept art, character sheets, asset lists, and previs before expensive production begins.
Production
Our artists execute modeling, texturing, lookdev, rigging, animation, FX, lighting, rendering, and compositing with daily internal reviews.
Review & Revision
We share versions through frame-accurate review tools, collect consolidated feedback, and refine until each milestone is approved.
Final QC & Delivery
We perform frame-by-frame quality control, validate color/audio/sync, and deliver masters in the formats your platforms require.
Post-Delivery Support
We support reformatting, localization, updates, and archive handoff — turning one project into a long-term partnership.
What makes our process different
Approval gates
No expensive stage begins without your written approval on the previous stage.
Consolidated feedback
We collect one set of notes per revision round to avoid conflicting direction and scope creep.
Transparent documentation
Proposals, contracts, and delivery specs are clear from day one — no hidden fees or surprises.
