What services does 32AD offer?
We offer visual effects, 3D animation, character modeling and creature design, motion graphics, virtual production, post-production, concept art and look development, game cinematics, and product/architectural visualization. We also run the 32AD Academy for training aspiring animators and VFX artists.
Where is 32AD based, and do you work with international clients?
We are built from Lagos, Nigeria, and we work with clients globally. Our team is experienced in remote collaboration across timezones, and our infrastructure supports secure, efficient international production.
How does your project pricing work?
We use several pricing models depending on the project: fixed project price, per-shot or per-minute pricing, day rates, retainers, and package pricing. After understanding your scope in the discovery phase, we provide a detailed proposal with transparent cost breakdowns.
What is your revision policy?
We typically include 2–3 revision rounds per production stage. Each round requires consolidated feedback within a defined window. Changes after written approval are handled through a change order with clear cost and timeline impact.
Who owns the final work and source files?
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. Raw project/source files remain studio property unless separately purchased. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses. We clarify all ownership terms in the contract before work begins.
How do you handle confidentiality and IP protection?
We sign NDAs before confidential projects begin, use secure file transfer and access controls, and include clear IP clauses in every contract. Your IP is protected throughout the production process.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on complexity, shot count, and technique. A 60-second motion graphics piece may take 3–6 weeks, while complex VFX or full CG animation can take longer. We provide a detailed timeline in every proposal.
How do I start a project with 32AD?
